When does the night tour depart?
The tour departs at 8:30 PM from Stop #1 at Fuente Neptuno. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early.
Where can I start the sightseeing tour?
You can join the tour from the Fountain of Neptune at the stop located on the pedestrian boulevard in front of the Prado Museum.
Can I bring a guide dog on the bus?
People with visual impairments are permitted to be accompanied by a guide dog.
Can I bring a pet?
Pets can board the bus without occupying a seat, with a muzzle, leash or basket.
Is smoking allowed at the top of the bus?
No, it is forbidden to smoke tobacco, vape and any of its variations.
Can you eat/drink on the bus?
No, eating and drinking is not allowed on the bus.
How do I request a refund?
If you booked directly with Big Bus Tours, please request your refund via the Big Bus Tours App or the enquiry form on our website. If you booked through a third-party partner, please contact the original provider to arrange your refund.
Are child tickets available?
Yes. Child tickets are available for children between the ages of 5–15. Children 4 and under may travel free of charge but must sit on their caregiver's lap when the service is full. Buggies and pushchairs must be stowed on the lower deck. All children under 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
